My Aunt Jane gave this outfit to Milka. Frilly bell-bottoms plus giant pink flower? YES.
Almost forgot the headband! (Milka's head is kind of tiny, so it's really more of a neck warmer. Because who doesn't need a neck warmer in June? Answer: everyone but Milka.)
