On our drive back from Houston New Year's day, Sammy asked if he could call his Oma and Opa. We said yes. What ensued can only be described as a decidedly one-sided conversation. Oma and Opa asked Samuel a variety of questions; Samuel smiled and remained silent. When pressed to respond, Samuel replied, "Sammy touch car book with foot." Wow. A genius lives among us, folks.

Since returning home, we've been up to a few new things:
1. Sammy removed "bad" needles from our Christmas tree with his toddler saw. He then placed the needles in a LEGO container and dumped them into the trash.
2. Will took pictures of our child sawing needles off our Christmas tree. He then showed them to me, and we laughed.
3. Will and I watched The Darjeeling Limited and nearly died of boredom. Worst Wes Anderson film ever, right?

I have to say the "eyebrow thing" is one of my favorite Will expressions.
